The SJCAM SJ4000 Wi-Fi lets you capture your adventures in 4K at 30 fps and take photos with a resolution of up to 12 MP. The wide-angle lens with a 170° field of view captures a broad scene, and the 2-inch LTPS LCD screen makes it easy to monitor your shots. The camera also features 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, 5× digital zoom, and many useful modes, including time-lapse, loop recording, motion detection, car mode, and a webcam function. In addition, the waterproof housing allows you to use the camera underwater at depths of up to 30 m.

Detailed 4K videos and photos up to 12 MP

The SJCAM SJ4000 Wi-Fi records 4K, 2K, and 1080p videos at 30 fps, and at 720p resolution, you can choose between 30 and 60 fps. Video is saved in MP4 format using H.264 encoding, while JPG photos can have a resolution of up to 12 MP. This means you can use a single device to both record your adventures and capture them in photos.

Wide 170° field of view and convenient framing control

The 170° lens allows you to capture a wide scene and fit more of the surroundings and the action into the frame. The camera features an f/2.2 aperture and 5× digital zoom, while exposure adjustment within a ±2 EV range and white balance settings let you tailor your image capture to the conditions. Available modes include Auto, Daylight, Cloudy, Incandescent, Fluorescent, and Underwater. The built-in 2″ LTPS LCD screen makes it easy to monitor the frame and compose your shots.

Modes for Different Occasions

The SJCAM SJ4000 Wi-Fi offers several ways to record footage, allowing you to tailor its operation to the situation at hand. In addition to standard recording, it features time-lapse, motion detection, and loop recording with options for 3-, 5-, or 10-minute segments, while car mode further expands the device’s range of applications. When taking photos, you can use standard photo mode, interval shooting, or burst mode.

Wi-Fi and App Control

The built-in 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi module, compatible with the 802.11b/g/n standard, allows you to connect the camera to the SJCAM Zone app. With the app, you can remotely control the device, view a live feed, and more easily share your recorded footage. This feature makes operation easier, especially when the camera is positioned or mounted in a location that makes direct access to its controls difficult.

The camera supports microSD cards with capacities up to 128 GB, providing storage space for videos and photos, and features a USB-C port for connectivity.
