DEPOW Portable EV Charger

The DEPOW 11 kW portable EV charger is a three-phase device operating at 400 V, designed to charge electric vehicles equipped with a Type 2 connector. The model operates in Mode 2 and allows for current adjustment within the range of 6 A, 8 A, 10 A, 13 A, and 16 A, enabling charging parameters to be adapted to the capabilities of the electrical installation. The charger is equipped with a 7-meter cable, an LCD display, LED indicators, and a scheduled charging function. It can be used both indoors and outdoors, allowing you to use it in the garage, on the driveway, or while traveling.

Current Adjustment and Clear Operational Monitoring

The ability to set the current to one of five levels allows you to tailor the charging method to the available power source. The LCD display makes it easy to monitor parameters and the device’s current operating status without the need for additional accessories. This is complemented by LEDs that indicate power, standby mode, charging, and errors, so the most important information is visible directly on the control box.

Scheduled Charging and a 7-Meter Cable

The scheduled charging feature allows you to set the device to start operating at a convenient time, which can be useful, for example, when charging your car overnight. The Plug & Play design simplifies daily operation and allows you to quickly get the device ready for use. The 7-meter cable provides greater flexibility in positioning your car relative to the power source, which is especially practical in a driveway or a larger garage.

Comprehensive charging safeguards

DEPOW is equipped with a 30 mA Type A RCD for AC current and a 6 mA protection for DC current, as well as protection against overload, overvoltage, undervoltage, leakage current, and short circuits. The device also monitors the grounding and temperature of the control box, reducing the risk of operation under abnormal conditions. Additionally, a relay welding detection function (Relay Welding Inspection) has been implemented to identify malfunctions in this component. The charger is CE-certified and complies with the IEC 62196-2 and IEC 62752 standards.

Suitable for indoor and outdoor use

The control box has an IP66 rating, while the Type 2 plug meets IP55 requirements, which increases their resistance to dust and water. The charger can operate at temperatures ranging from -25°C to 50°C and at humidity levels from 5% to 95% RH without condensation. The storage temperature range is from -40°C to 80°C, while power consumption in standby mode does not exceed 5 W.
