The Ancel S3000 is a leak detector that allows effective diagnostics of many vehicle systems using smoke or compressed air. The compact design hides a pressure gauge, flow meter, independent mode control and a number of safety features. The device is designed to work with EVAP, turbo, EGR, intake, fuel, cooling, exhaust and vacuum systems. It also supports EGR systems and vacuum leaks tests. Its performance, ease of use and versatility make it a ready-to-use tool for any workshop.

2 modes of operation

The Ancel S3000 diagnostic leak detector offers 2 modes of operation - Air and Smoke, activated by separate buttons. With separate buttons activating the air pump and smoke generator, you can start the test exactly as the system requires - without switching configurations or disconnecting components.

Visible test effect

The Ancel S3000 generator produces a dense and stable smoke that effectively makes leak sites - even small ones - visible. The test process begins after 20 ml of test oil is poured in, allowing for quick and accurate diagnosis without disassembling the system. This saves time and avoids erroneous replacement of working components. Smoke comes out through a separate outlet port on the side of the housing, making it easy to direct it to a specific location.

Precise control of parameters

A pressure gauge in PSI units and a flow meter (LPM) are located on the front of the device, along with a flow control knob. This gives you full control over the pressure and volume of smoke entering the system. These indications are also used to estimate the extent of the leak - from minor to massive. The pressure indicator allows you to quickly detect drops that clearly indicate the presence of a leak.

Flow control

An integrated flow meter with an easy-to-read scale in liters per minute allows precise adjustment of the strength of the smoke flow to the system under test. A low flow rate increases the visibility of smoke for minor leaks, while a high flow rate allows for rapid filling of larger pipe spaces. A constant flow rate is also a test method - a stable level indicates a leak, while a drop indicates the extent of the leak.

Compact but durable design

The 185 × 130 × 85 mm metal housing is resistant to mechanical damage. The unit is equipped with a hook for hanging and a Velcro attachment strap, which makes it easier to work in tight service spaces and under the hood of a vehicle. In addition, there is an integrated oil level indicator on the housing, which allows you to quickly check the amount of test fluid before starting work. Thermal protection allows safe operation over a wide temperature range. Overheat protection activates automatically when the temperature exceeds 75°C, and a frost-resistant system allows normal operation even at -20°C. The system automatically shuts down the device if the temperature is too high, preventing damage to internal components.

Easy interpretation of results

The indicator system makes it possible to evaluate the size of the leak - no leak, small leak or large leak. The easy-to-read scales on the dials allow quick analysis of the system's condition without the need for additional measuring tools. Both the flow meter and pressure gauge act as diagnostic indicators that you can observe in real time.
